Located at an altitude of 3842m above the sea level and 150 kilometers away from Kathmandu, Kalinchowk is a quick city escape which lies in Dolakaha district, Kalinchowk VDC. It is about 132 kilometers from Kathmandu to Charikot, 18 km off road up to Kuri Village where hotels are located.
Kalinchowk, being one of the most visited local destinations in the winter. For people who want to experience snowfall, high altitude, sightseeing and light adventures with less effort, this is the perfect option. In addition to that, it is also famous spiritual or pilgrimage site for Hindus & Buddhist.
Dolakha Bhimsen-The famous temple Bhimeshwor temple is located in Dolakha Bazar of Dolakha district. The main statue of this temple is god Bhim. Bhimsen or Bhimeshwor or Bhim of Dolakha is noted as one of the most populer throughout the country. He is the second prince of panch pandav and notably worshiped by the traders or merchandizers as their will god. In Dolakha under the roofless temple, the idol of Bhim Sen is like a triangular in shape and rough stone.

Sukute- There is popular Sukute beach to stay for a while while going or coming for your lunch. Geographically set amidst pristine hamlets & lush green terraced hillsides, the Sukute beach camp is a wonderful destination to while away your time in the early parts of spring or the beginning of autumn into winter.
We will head towards our destination, Kalinchowk. Our total journey will be 6 hours by jeep. We will make a couple of stops on the way for tea or a toilet. Reach the hotel in the evening. You will be welcomed by Welcome drinks in the hotel and a room will be allocated. Enjoy the evening with a campfire, music, singing, and drinks with your friends. Overnight in the hotel.
Exploring the local village early in the morning. And interested can hike up to the Kalinchowk Bhagwati Temple early in the morning. We will return back to Kathmandu today. Our total ride will be around 6 hours. We will stop on the way to have Lunch.
