You will be visiting Amar Narayan Mandir, Tansen Darbar, Sitalpati, Bhagwati Mandir, Mahadev Mandir, Bhimsen Mandir, Ganesh Mandir and Baggi Dhoka at Palpa during Lumbini Sworgadwari Tour.


Established at 1892 AD/1949 BS, Ranimahal is a spectacular heritage site built by Commander-in-chef and Governor Khadka Shamsher in memory of his beloved wife Tej Kumari. This architectural masterpiece includes huge main building complex surrounded by stone walls, decorated garden and small shrine stacked on a massive rock bed nearby the bank of Kali Gandaki River.

For its enthralling beauty and spectacular location, Rani Mahal is considered as the “Taj Mahal” of Nepal. Over many year, Rani Mahal is captivating internal as well international tourist and has been the core of Palpa district.


Lumbini Sworgadwari Tour winds to Ridi, a picturesque village at Gulmi district. Ridi is nestled at the bank of Kali Gandaki River where small Ridi River joins and change its direction from north-east to west-east. In Sanskrit, Ridi means Ruru Kshetra. The area protects multitudes of ancient graceful temples, Rishikesh and Mukundeshwar are popular one. Moreover, Kanya Gufa at Ridi has been the adobe of Sadhus or holy men over many years.

Resunga Gulmi

Holistic place of Ridi, Ruru and Resunga is co-related pilgrimage site at Gulmi. Amazingly located at 2347m, Resunga is 3-4 hours trek from Tamghas, headquarter of the district. The black topped road for small 4-wheelers almost connects the top of the beautiful Resunga Hill.

In winter, Ruru hosts saints, yogis and hrishis and Resunga offers a place for Yoga, meditation and arduous practice in summer. Mythological value defines, Hirshya-shringa, a horned sage medicated here and the hill Resunga is named after him. Spiritually popular Yagyashala (fire place), ancient temples, ponds and beautiful hill tower are the major assets of the place. In clear weather, it serves 1800 degree view of snow-capped mountain and the flat land Terai.

Further, Lumbini Sworgadwari Pythan Tour heads to Shandikharka (Arghakanchi), headquarter of the district. En route, travelers will pay homage to graceful Supa Deurali Temple and visit surrounding landscapes.

For more spiritual experience, we head towards Sworgadwari exploring en route- Narsing Stan Hangsapur Bamruk. This scenic milieu at Puythan district offers an unruffled ambiance along the subtropical forests, colorful rhododendron and vibrant settlements.

Sworgadwari is well-known for the Vedic Yagyan set up by Swami Shree Hansananda Giri Sworgadwari Mahaprabhu. It is believed that Lord Indra had also performed a Yagyan at this place in Satya Yug.

According to Hindu Mythology, Panch Pandava had performed holy rituals in the area of Swargadwai, on their way to heaven. So this place is named as Sworgadwari, “The Door to Heaven”. Local believes that the Sworgadwari Guru Maharaj was the re-incarnation of God.

Maha Prabhu Swami Hansananda Giri, in 1860, showed miraculous character at his childhood when he was just 6 days old by fasting for his mother’s diet of meat. In 1886, he started blessing devotees, infertile couple and make fortune telling. Later, at 1894, he moved to Sworgadwari and establish the Yagya Sala and Shiva Temple for holy pray.

“Akhanda Maha Yagya” at Sworgadwari lasts for 113 years and Lord Birhaspati from Heaven came to this holy land and complete the Maha Yagya. It is widely believed that performing Sworgadwari Tour fulfills all the wishes of the pilgrims and opens “Door to Heaven”.

Q: What type of shape do I need to be in, is this Kathmandu Pokhara Chitwan tour for me?
A: This trip is suitable for any kind of people from child to old people. Not any pre- experience is necessary.
Q: Will somebody come to pick me up at the airport upon my arrival?
A: Yes, Global Holidays Adventure representative will be there to greet you outside of Terminal Hall. He will be displaying Global Holidays Adventure name card with your name on it. After that, you will be transferred to pre-chosen Hotel.

Q: What is the Visa procedure and Visa cost? Should we apply for the visa from our home country or will get it in Nepalese Airport? What essential documents should I bring with me?
A: You can get the visa at Tribhuwan International Airport after landing; furthermore, it will be easier if you fill up the visa form by online ( before taking the flight to Nepal. Entry Visa fees- at present is $ 25 for 15 day, $ 40 for 30 days and $ 100 for three month visa on entry to Nepal.
You should bring following essential documents in the trip:
• Valid Passport: must be valid for up to 6 months.
• Travel insurance: you need to provide a copy of insurance paper to Global Holidays Adventure before you start the trek.

A: Normally breakfast will be served in Kathmandu, Nagarkot, Pokhara and Lumbini. All cities you can get the restaurants for Continental, Chinese, Mexican, American based cuisine with some local influences, always plenty to choose from

A: Depending on the group size, we use Private cars, minibus, van, land cruiser. These small light vehicles are more maneuverable and flexible enabling us to take you through the Narrow roads of Nepal.
Q: What is the best season for this trip?
A: Spring (March to May) and autumn (Sept. to Dec.) are the best seasons for this trip when the weather is clear and pleasant. However, if one wishes to avoid crowd and enjoy nature then this trip is favorable during the winters (Jan to Feb) as well.
Q: What is the weather and temperature like?
A: It is all depending on what time of year you are traveling; during winter (Mid December to February), it gets colder at night and warmer during the day. The temperature could be as high as 22 deg C during day and 4 degree C low early in the morning and at night.
From March to May, it is warm and sometimes a bit hot and weather stay perfect. The average temperature during this time of year is 25 deg C.
During the months of September to early December, it is always warmer providing the perfect time to travel. The average temperature during this time of year is 20 deg C.
You will be in air-conditioned vehicles during the tour and all hotels are fully air-conditioned.
Q: Can I charge my digital camera or other batteries on my trip?

Q: Do I need to tip my guide and driver? How much would that be?
A: Tips are always expected, it is good to tip your tour staff at the end of tour.
Q: Is the water OK to drink? Do I need to bring purifying tablets/filter?
A: Bottled water is available in all the places. Bottled water is safe for drinking. You don't need to carry any purifying tablets.
Q: Can I add extra days to my trip?
A: A holiday should never be about making it to the final point quickly. Along your tour we can add days at your request with additional costs to cover guides, Hotel and Transportation.
Q: What immunizations will I need?
No vaccinations are compulsory in this tour, but we do recommend you are covered for *diphtheria & TB, hepatitis A, *hepatitis B, *malaria, typhoid, polio and tetanus.
